Who are we?

Midlands Wrekin Raiders are the only all-girls ice hockey team in the West Midlands. We currently play in the U16 South Division of WNIHL (Women's National Ice Hockey League).

We welcome girls between the ages of 10 and 16 with prior ice hockey experience to join us (all abilities are welcome).

How to join us for the 2026-27 season

For anyone who played a match in the 2025-26 season, please follow these three steps to confirm your place in the 2026-27 squad.

1: Raiders Membership

Players and parents should complete this form to join the Raiders

2: EIH Team Affiliation

EIH team affiliation via this form. (This form is administered via Telford Wrekin Raiders). Cost is £72.00
Note: EIH require a photo of birth certificate or passport to complete the application

3: Pay club fees

Please ensure you have set up regular payments for subscriptions, which are due from 10 Sept. Banking details are confirmed by email, upon completion of Step 1

Training Schedule

New for this season, we are pleased to confirm that we are trialling a dedicated U16 girls training session each week. Training takes place at Telford Ice Rink, on-ice at 20:45 every Wednesday night for an hour.

New players still developing their ice hockey skills are encouraged to contact us on the form below so that we can discuss the quickest way to get you or your daughter training with us!
